Turn a favorite pet or family reference photo into a personalized mug in one of five PetU design options.
- Classic White, Color Rim, and Color Interior mugs are $19.99.
- Magic Heat-Reveal mugs are $24.99. Royal Blue, Pink, Gold, and Black identify the available finish colors.
- Choose Cartoon Pet Illustration, Christmas Wreath Portrait, Christmas Tree Portrait, Color-Block Realism, or Black Line Art.
- Each mug includes one finished composition printed on one mug.
- Upload up to three reference photos to help us understand that same composition.
- The number of pets or people in the composition does not add a separate artwork fee.
- A digital proof is provided before production. One artwork replacement request is included. Minor adjustments to the same artwork are included up to 5 times. Additional revisions beyond the included limit are $5 each.

Standard Shipping is $8 for U.S. orders. U.S. orders of $59+ receive Free Standard Shipping. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.
Each mug is prepared for the selected mug style, color, and Final Production Proof, so please review them carefully during the disclosed 72-hour review window. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the best next step.
Cancellation policy: Before the first proof is sent, cancellation is free. After the first proof is sent and before explicit or deemed approval, a 30% cancellation fee applies. After explicit or deemed approval, cancellation is no longer available. After shipment, orders cannot be cancelled.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the four mug styles?Classic White is an all-white mug. Color Rim adds color to the rim and handle. Color Interior adds color inside the mug as well as on the rim and handle. Magic Heat-Reveal uses a colored heat-reactive outer finish that reveals the printed artwork when a hot drink is added.
Which colors are available?Classic White: White. Color Rim: Pink, Sky Blue, Red, or Green. Color Interior: Blue, Pink, Red, or Green. Magic Heat-Reveal: Royal Blue, Pink, Gold, or Black.
What are the five design options?Cartoon Pet Illustration creates a lively illustrated portrait. Christmas Wreath Portrait adds a festive wreath composition. Christmas Tree Portrait places your pet beside a decorated Christmas tree and gifts. Color-Block Realism combines recognizable pet details with clean color shapes. Black Line Art creates a simplified black-line portrait with a light, minimal finish.
How many artworks are included?One finished composition is included with each mug.
Can I upload more than one photo?Yes. Upload up to three reference photos for the same artwork, such as a main photo and extra angles.
Can several pets or a person appear?Yes. Select the number of pets and who should appear while customizing. This does not add a separate pet fee.
