Digital Proof Review

You will receive a digital proof by email and have a 72-hour review window. Every proof message will show the exact deadline and time zone.

During the 72-hour review window, production waits for your explicit approval. PetU Studio will send multiple email reminders and, where available and permitted, SMS reminders if you have opted in.

Artwork Approval

Production may begin after you explicitly approve the latest proof, or after the latest proof is considered approved when the disclosed 72-hour review window ends without a response.

A decline, revision request, question, proof-access report, request for more time, or hold request received before the deadline prevents deemed approval. A revised proof starts a new 72-hour review window.

Production

After explicit or deemed approval, production takes 1–2 calendar days.

This timing applies to Phone Cases, Mugs, Tote Bags, Magnetic Puzzles, Coasters, Acrylic Magnets, and Keychain Charms.

During holidays or peak seasons, production may take longer. Customers will be notified by email if delays occur.
