From your reference photos to a finished custom piece, here is what to expect at every stage.

STEP BY STEP

How your order works

After your order is placed, our team creates your custom artwork.

Artwork creation1–2 calendar days

You will receive a digital proof by Email or SMS. Please review your artwork and approve it before production.

Response window3 days

If we do not receive a response after reminders, production may proceed to avoid unnecessary delays.

Production begins after artwork approval.

Approval can be completed by Email reply, SMS reply, or approval confirmation.

After approval, production takes 1–2 calendar days.

This timing applies to Phone Cases, Mugs, Tote Bags, Magnetic Puzzles, Coasters, Acrylic Magnets, and Keychain Charms.

During holidays or peak seasons, production may take longer. Customers will be notified by Email or SMS if delays occur.
