STEP04

Review Your Digital Proof

Before production, you receive a digital proof by email with an exact 72-hour review deadline and time zone.

During that review window, production waits for your explicit approval. You may approve or decline the proof, request adjustments, ask a question, report a viewing problem, request more time, or ask us to pause the order.

PetU Studio will send multiple email reminders and, where available and permitted, SMS reminders if you have opted in.

STEP05

Approve & Receive Your Keepsake

After explicit approval, or after the proof is considered approved when the disclosed 72-hour review window ends without a qualifying response:

  • Your product enters production
  • Your personalized item is created
  • Tracking is sent after shipment
Important Notes
  • During the 72-hour review window, production waits for your explicit approval. If there is no approval, decline, revision request, question, proof-access report, more-time request, or hold request by the deadline, the latest proof will be considered approved and may enter production.
  • Custom products are made specifically for each customer.
