Yes, when the selected art style supports people. Choose the option to include a person from another photo, then upload that person’s reference photo when the field appears.

Yes. Select the number of pets in the customizer and add the requested information for each pet that should appear.

Upload the clearest options you have. Multiple angles are welcome, and we will contact you if a clearer reference is needed before creating your artwork.

Yes. You receive a digital proof before production. Production begins after you approve the artwork.

Artwork Revisions

• One artwork replacement request is included.
• Minor adjustments to the same artwork are included up to 5 times.
• Additional revisions beyond the included limit are $5 each.

Once the artwork is approved, your custom product moves into production.

Before the artwork proof is sent, cancellation is free.

After the artwork proof is created or sent, a 30% cancellation fee applies.

After artwork approval and production begins, cancellation is no longer available.

After shipment, orders cannot be cancelled.
