• One selected art style applies across the set.
• The number of pets or people in an artwork does not add a separate fee.
• A digital proof of the complete set is provided before production. One artwork replacement request is included. Minor adjustments to the same artwork are included up to 5 times. Additional revisions beyond the included limit are $5 each.

Each set is prepared for the shapes and artwork you approve, so please review the complete proof carefully before production begins. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the best next step.

Cancellation policy: Before the artwork proof is sent, cancellation is free. After the artwork proof is created or sent, a 30% cancellation fee applies. After artwork approval and production begins, cancellation is no longer available. After shipment, orders cannot be cancelled.
